Terms of Service

By accessing this website or booking a service with Hair Fixr Studio, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Hair Fixr Studio provides 100% non-surgical hair replacement services only: hair patches, hair systems, bonding, custom wigs, hair toppers and hair extensions. We do not provide any surgical or medical hair restoration procedures.

2. Consultations & bookings

Initial consultations are free. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client's expectations cannot reasonably be met by non-surgical methods.

3. AI Hair Try-On

AI previews are illustrative. Final results depend on your hair pattern, scalp condition and chosen service, and may differ from the preview. The Try-On is a guide, not a guarantee.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payments may be made by UPI, card, net banking or cash. Larger packages may be split into 2–3 instalments by prior agreement. We do not currently offer 0% or no-cost EMI. Service is confirmed only after payment of the agreed advance.

5. Aftercare & warranty

Servicing (cleaning, re-bonding, styling) is included for the period stated in your package terms. Lifetime servicing applies only to eligible premium hair systems purchased at our studio, and only while the product is maintained as instructed and not externally modified. Your written quote confirms exactly what your package includes.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, photographs and AI outputs are owned by Hair Fixr Studio. You may not reuse them commercially without written permission.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
